Tickets
A ticket registers an attendee for one event (regardless of participation). The more people who register for your event, the lower the price.
More information about our prices
Once your event has been created, its configuration remains available to you for one year. The configuration can be reused an unlimited number of times within that year at no extra cost.
The only extra cost you might need to consider is for additional attendee tickets.
Every event can be different, but your previous event’s setup is always a good starting point for the next one. We’ll be happy to inform you about customisation costs to meet your specific needs.
The annual license fee grants you 250 tickets, which represent 250 invitations.
Tickets can all be used within one event OR you can divide the tickets over several events (e.g. host 5 events with each 50 invitations)
If you need more than 250 attendees, don’t worry! You can buy extra tickets according to your specific needs. We also offer quantity discounts:
- 1 – 999 tickets: € 4 per ticket
- 1.000 – 4.999 tickets: € 3 per ticket
- More than 5.000 tickets: € 2,5 per ticket
Our Thola platform allows up to 5.000 attendees. More visitors can be discussed upon request.
For a standard event we foresee an auditorium which allows up to 300 attendees. If you are expecting more attendees, you can integrate the Microsoft Teams Live Event into Thola which allows a maximum of 10.000 attendees to join the same session.
For events with over 10.000 attendees following the same presentation, please contact us for more information.
We support several external communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams meetings, Microsoft Teams Live event, Zoom, Google Meet, etc. For a real embedded experience we can integrate almost any streaming platform like YouTube, Vimeo, Microsoft Streams and others.

By default your event can be accessible for a maximum period of 7 calendar days. Opening your doors before the active event allows your users to get familiar with the platform. Leaving your event open longer allows users to continue networking or to revisit the content. If your event needs to be available for more than 7 calendar days, you can send us a request.
