Changes for attendees

We made it possible to sent invites to your attendees before the doors are open. When attendees come to the platform before the start of the event they will see a countdown to the start of the event. A user will automatically be redirected to the lobby at the start of the event.

As an event organiser you can enable the ‘Personal marker’ and choose the icon that must be used as well as customizing the colors for the icon that highlights yourself.

As an event organiser you can enable 2 profile features separately that will be visible in the attendee info card 

  • profile picture
  • 4 social links (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)

Changes for event organisers

We extended our roles system with the role of an event manager. If you have a year license you can create as many events as you want and from now on you can give a specific person management access for one or more specific events in stead of all events.

As an event organiser you will be able to change the avatar and profile pictures for all your attendees.

Improved configuration options to define the information that is shown on the avatar’s info card based on the profile fields configured for the event.

In the dashboard we added tags to media. This makes it even easier to find the correct image. You can add tags or reuse our tags for your own images.

The visual editor for rooms is extended to also manage the positions and sizes of avatars. This makes it a lot easier to modify the locations and sizes of the avatars in the rooms.

We can now also reserve certain spots for people based on their role (e.g. a presenter can stand next to the session window, only sponsors can stand on their own booth, …)

We added a lot of shortcuts that make the use of the visual editor for rooms a lot easier. You can move elements with the arrows after selecting an element. Duplicate an item in the room or copy paste an item to another room and saving with your favorite ctrl+s combination. The shortcuts are listed using the i behind the room name.

In addition we added a lot of extra small changes and fixed some small issues
