Changes for attendees
TOP NEW FEATURE:
Attendees can now plan a meeting between the opening times of the event. A link to Schedule a meeting is added in the attendee info card. A request will be sent and the other attendee can Accept or Decline the request. 5 minutes before the chosen time a notification will popup to start calling each other.
Moved attendeelist to a non intrusive flyout on the right side of the screen.
Saved contacts is renamed to Favorites and is integrated in the attendeelist
Improved switching of your status from Available to Do not disturb
When a call is closed a user will get the question to set iets status to Available or to remain on Do not disturb
Easier access to update your attendee profile.
Moved chats to a non intrusive flyout on the right side of the screen so you can chat while watching a session or in a booth room without to navigate back and forward.
Added login with LinkedIn profile. The emailadres from linkedIn is used to login to the platform.
Show a message with optional video when people come to the event for the first time. This is also possible to add a welcome message per room so each room can have a custom message for the people that enter that room for the first time.
Platform tour and documentation now available in English, Dutch and French
Changes for event organisers
We added a new type to a button to show the details of an attendee. With this option you can add a button to a page to highlight a certain attendee by using an icon and text or an image.
Create avatars in bulk. When you need a lot of custom avatars you could already use bulk upload for the media and now you can easily add the avatars in bulk as well.

Announcements can be planned and an overview of all announcements will be provided
Removed a room accidentally, no worries anymore you can recover deleted rooms for 30 days.
Enhanced media filter and the filter is saved for the next time you navigate to the media library or media chooser
Extended media with svg file types. This allows you to add more detailed graphical elements that scale better.
We added a lot of shortcuts that make the use of the visual editor for rooms a lot easier. You can move elements with the arrows after selecting an element. Duplicate an item in the room or copy paste an item to another room and saving with your favorite ctrl+s combination. The shortcuts are listed using the i behind the room name.
In addition we added a lot of extra small changes and fixed some small issues
