The event organisor or Thola will provide you with a link to the event. If you have received a one click login, you can immediately access the event by clicking on the URL.
If not, you first need to register and set a password before you can log in.
Logging in from a mobile devices happens in the same way as for the desktop users. So this means that you will find the login URL in the mail that was sent to you by Thola or by your event organiser. If you click on this link, you will be automatically redirected to the Thola platform to join the event.

There is no need to download any application if you join the event from your mobile device.
First check your spam. If you haven’t received an invitation e-mail please contact the event organiser or create a support ticket so we can send you a new invitation.
Check which browser you are using. Our platform is supported by the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Mozilla Firefox*

Any user that has created a profile with username and password can activate MFA using email verification or an Authenticator app. This can be enabled in the platform at the profile page.
